Epoxy Flake Flooring

The durable, decorative floor that transforms any garage

Our signature flake system starts with a diamond-ground, crack-repaired slab, then fuses a high-build FloorGuard® base coat with premium Torginol® vinyl flakes and a tough, UV-stable FloorGuard® polyaspartic topcoat — creating a seamless floor that shrugs off hot tires, road salt, oil, and impact. The result is a showroom finish that cleans up with a mop and looks incredible for years.

What's included

  • Seamless, non-porous surface that wipes clean
  • Dozens of Torginol® flake blends to choose from
  • Hot-tire, salt, oil & chemical resistant
  • UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — won’t yellow

Common questions

How long does an epoxy flake garage floor last?

A properly prepped and installed epoxy-flake floor with a polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoat routinely lasts 15–20+ years in a residential garage. The key is mechanical surface prep (grinding) and the right coating thickness — both of which we never shortcut.

Do you grind the concrete first?

Yes. We diamond-grind every floor to open the concrete profile so the coating bonds mechanically. Skipping prep is why DIY-kit and bargain floors peel — we never do.
