Polyaspartic Floor Coatings

A finished, drive-on-ready floor in about two days

Our FloorGuard® polyaspartic coatings — a fast-curing, UV-stable form of polyurea — cure in a fraction of the time of standard epoxy. Most floors are installed over about two days: prep and base on day one, the polyaspartic topcoat and detailing on day two, then ready for foot traffic within hours of the final coat and vehicles about a day later. They are UV-stable (no ambering), more flexible, and more abrasion- and chemical-resistant than epoxy alone — the premium choice when downtime and longevity matter.

What's included

  • Installed in about two days — minimal downtime
  • UV-stable: will not yellow in sunlight
  • More flexible and crack-bridging than epoxy
  • Superior abrasion, stain & chemical resistance

Our process

  1. Diamond grinding & repair — we mechanically profile the slab and fill cracks, pits, and joints so the coating bonds for good, never a quick acid-etch that peels.
  2. Build & finish — we install your polyaspartic system to spec with premium FloorGuard® resins and Torginol® flake, applied by an experienced crew.
  3. UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — sealed to resist hot tires, road salt, chemicals, and Michigan's freeze-thaw winters, then ready to use fast.

Why All Out Coatings

Polyaspartic Floor Coatings is only as good as the prep beneath it. We never shortcut the grind, we repair every crack and joint, and we finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — the combination that makes our floors last 15–20+ years instead of peeling in one. Every project is licensed, insured, and backed by our 10-year warranty, and we install across Metro Detroit, most in about two days.

Common questions

Polyaspartic vs. epoxy — which is better?

Epoxy is an excellent, cost-effective base coat; polyaspartic is the premium topcoat that adds UV stability, faster cure, and greater durability. Our best systems use both — an epoxy or polyaspartic base with a polyaspartic topcoat. We will recommend the right build for your floor and budget.

How long does an install take?

In almost all cases, about two days. We diamond-grind, repair, and lay the base/flake coat on day one, then apply the polyaspartic topcoat and detail on day two — so every coat is laid and cured right, not rushed. You can typically walk on it that evening and park on it about a day after the final coat.

Is polyaspartic the same as polyurea?

Polyaspartic is a type of polyurea — an aliphatic polyurea engineered to cure a little slower so it can be applied evenly, and to stay UV-stable and clear. When people ask for a "polyurea garage floor," a polyaspartic coating is almost always what they want: the same tough, flexible, fast-curing chemistry, without the ambering that hits standard epoxy.

How much does polyaspartic floor coatings cost?

Pricing depends on square footage, the condition of your slab, and the system you choose. We give free, detailed written quotes with no pressure — so you know your exact number before any work begins.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — our floors are backed by a 10-year warranty, because we diamond-grind and prep every slab to last far longer than that.
