Concrete Crack & Spall Repair

Fix cracks, spalls, and pitting — before they spread

Cracks, spalls, pitting, and failing control joints only get worse — and they will telegraph through any coating laid over them. We cut out and structurally fill cracks and joints with high-strength epoxy and polyurea repair compounds, grind the surface flush, and leave a slab that is ready to coat or stand on its own. It is the same meticulous repair work we build into every floor system, available as standalone concrete repair too.

What's included

  • Structural epoxy & polyurea crack and joint filling
  • Spall, pit, and pop-out patching ground flush
  • Stops cracks from spreading and telegraphing through coatings
  • Done as standalone repair or as prep for a new floor

Our process

  1. Diamond grinding & repair — we mechanically profile the slab and fill cracks, pits, and joints so the coating bonds for good, never a quick acid-etch that peels.
  2. Build & finish — we install your concrete repair system to spec with premium FloorGuard® resins and Torginol® flake, applied by an experienced crew.
  3. UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — sealed to resist hot tires, road salt, chemicals, and Michigan's freeze-thaw winters, then ready to use fast.

Why All Out Coatings

Concrete Crack & Spall Repair is only as good as the prep beneath it. We never shortcut the grind, we repair every crack and joint, and we finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat — the combination that makes our floors last 15–20+ years instead of peeling in one. Every project is licensed, insured, and backed by our 10-year warranty, and we install across Metro Detroit, most in about two days.

Common questions

Can you repair cracks in my garage or basement floor?

Yes. We repair cracks, spalls, pop-outs, and failing control joints in garage, basement, and commercial slabs. We grind out the damage, fill it with high-strength epoxy or polyurea, and grind it flush so the repair is solid and level.

Do I need to repair cracks before coating?

Almost always, yes — a coating laid over an unrepaired crack will crack again and show through. Crack and joint repair is built into every floor we install, and we also do it as a standalone service if you are not ready to coat yet.

How much does concrete crack & spall repair cost?

Pricing depends on square footage, the condition of your slab, and the system you choose. We give free, detailed written quotes with no pressure — so you know your exact number before any work begins.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes — our floors are backed by a 10-year warranty, because we diamond-grind and prep every slab to last far longer than that.
